Welcome to Whitehouse Kombucha. Where we take our passion for flavour and science and bring it to you. The science of food has always inspired me to search out the newest foods and drinks as my career as a chef. This is when i stumbled upon kombucha. This sweet sour fizzy drink was fascinating to research and develop, in books such as Noma's Guide to Fermentation. My Background in food has helped develop a drink using only natural local ingredients that are packed full of flavour.
